Windfall

When a massive wind farm is planned for the outskirts of a  quaint village, it becomes divided.  The wind farm could change the fortunes of the drought-stricken farmers, but what about the new townsfolk who want to maintain their sweeping views of the rolling hills?  Then a child goes missing...Progress always comes with a price.
