A folk horror.

Two bodies are found in the river on the outskirts of Gomorra, a remote Australian village, in 1957. One of them is the schoolteacher. The other is a young woman. The replacement teacher arrives and tries to cope with the isolation and strange characters in village. He starts to question his own sanity. There is something in this place that drives people to the brink. At the Lieder Theatre June 27 and 28.
